SUNDM (Windows)

   - Corrected a problem for the PATH EXIST instruction where the runtime was
     using a Windows OS API that could give invalid results when detecting
     whether a drive (i.e. x:, x:\, \\server\share ) existed. The invalid
     results were being reported for physical or substituted drives.
