    - Modified 'plbwebbasic.js' to correct a problem where the MouseDown
102Bb event modifier value was always returning 0 when the left mouse
      button was used. With this correction, the event modifier for the
      left mouse button returns a value of 8 as expected.

PLBWEBSRV

    - Modified the SETPROP for a PWS TREEVIEW to refresh/update the client
102Aa side when a property is changed.

    - Corrected a bug/problem in 10.2B/10.3 where the $Load and $FormInit
102Aa events were being ignored/skipped when a parent WINDOW was disabled!

    - Corrected a problem where the MouseMove events for a PWS PANEL was not
102Bb working.

    - Corrected a problem where the InsertItem method was not working
      when the *AFTER keyword value was zero. In this case, the behavior
      for using '*AFTER=0' is the same as using the '*AFTER=TVI_LAST' which
      gives the same behavior as PLBWIN.
